[案情]叶天与徐丽于1998年6月登记结婚。2000年的一天,叶天在交往中结识了衡女士,两人不久便租房同居。2001年1月,徐丽发觉此事后,夫妻关系日渐紧张。2001年6月,叶天向法院提起离婚诉讼,徐丽坚决不同意。法院认为叶天、徐丽二人的感情已经破裂,无和好可能,判决解除二人婚姻关系。离婚后,徐丽听人说,按照新《婚姻法》
[Case] Ye Tian and Xu Li registered in June 1998 married. One day in 2000, Ye Tian met Ms. Heng during her contacts, and they soon rented out to live together. In January 2001, Xu Li found the incident, the relationship between husband and wife getting increasingly tense. June 2001, Ye filed a divorce lawsuit to the court, Xu Li firmly disagreed. The court held that the feelings of Ye Tian and Xu Li had ruptured, and it was not possible to adjudicate the dissolution of their marital relationship. After the divorce, Xu Li heard people say that in accordance with the new “Marriage Law”
