Summed up the status and role of the Yellow River Shengsheng public water conservancy hub in the industrial and agricultural economic development and flood control in Palestine, Iranian Union. In view of the problems existing in the hub project and the adverse effects on agricultural irrigation, it is necessary and imperative to discuss the necessity of eliminating and reinforcing the hub project
