社会的发展迫切需求大量的技能型人才,实现教学过程与生产过程对接是中职院校培养技能型人才的关键点。因此,笔者对中职外科护理学的教学过程从医疗卫生机构对中职毕业生的需求、护理专业教学现状、教学过程调整等方面进行深入探讨。 The urgent need of a large number of skilled personnel in the development of society, and the docking between teaching process and production process are the key points to cultivate skilled talents in vocational colleges. Therefore, the author discusses the teaching process of surgical nursing in secondary vocational schools from the needs of medical and health institutions for secondary vocational school graduates, teaching status of nursing specialty, teaching process adjustment and so on.
