Xigang Garden Community is located at Xihang Garden, Xinzhuo Street Office, Baqiao District, Xi’an. Xi’an Westport Real Estate Development (Group) Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock private enterprise. In February 2000, initiated by Zhou Zhongmin, General Manager of Xiqiao Construction Industry Co., Ltd. of Xiqiao City, Xi’an, Xi’an Xigang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was established; in December 2004 Xi’an Xi’gang Westport Real Estate Development Enterprise Group was established to conduct real estate development and sales, which is now under the jurisdiction of Westport. Construction Industry Corporation, Westport Property Management Corporation, Westport Landscaping Corporation, Western Fishing Port Resort, Westport Garden School, Westport Garden Senior Middle School and many other entities; also the controlling shareholder of Xi’an Yuqiao Ecological Construction & Development Co., Ltd. and in December 2005. Participated in the establishment of Xi’an International Port Development Co., Ltd. After six years of hard work and strenuous efforts, Xigang Group has made considerable progress and comprehensive development.
