我国民营企业的生存环境较外资企业和大企业明显艰难。因为,外资企业既可以获得我国政府给与的优惠政策,又可以从我国以外获取资源;我国的大企业可以很容易获得国家的资助和贷款。但是民营企业在政府宏观调控的背景下难以从国内金融体系内获得资金支持。在这样的环境下,我国的民营企业将在创业和随后的展业阶段
The living environment of private enterprises in China is obviously more difficult than that of foreign-funded enterprises and large enterprises. Because, foreign-funded enterprises can not only obtain preferential policies from the Chinese government, but also can obtain resources from outside China; large enterprises in China can easily obtain state subsidies and loans. However, it is difficult for private enterprises to obtain financial support from the domestic financial system in the context of government macroeconomic regulation and control. In this environment, China’s private enterprises will be in business and subsequent stages of development.
