Editorial comrade: In the article “About the Production of Bridges and Culvert Models, Wallcharts, and Culverts, II, and Bottom Maps” published in the 5-6th issue of this year, we introduced the technical staff of the Fourth Railway Bureau to meet the needs of the “people’s war” for railway construction. New creation. The model of bridges and culverts created by them, the wall chart and the second base map are vivid expressions designed to serve the construction practice, and are gratifying gains for the design revolution. We should give active enthusiastic support. In the culvert’s perspective, I would like to refer to the comrades for their supplementary views on repairing hostility. That is, in the perspective drawing, it is better to make use of the perspective principle to make drawings. Otherwise, it is easy to give people an illusion, as if the culvert is one (far from the reader) and one (smaller from the reader). For buildings where the length dimension is much larger than the width dimension, the three-dimensional image does not perform well without the perspective principle. Attached
