教师既是职业人也是社会人,教师专业发展应立足“全人”视角。按照生涯发展的阶段性特征设计不同的内容才能满足教师专业发展需求。本项调查研究发现教师在匮乏需求的福利、报酬与疾病控制方面最不满意,在安全、爱与归属的需求方面能得到较大满足。在教师成长需求里面,小学教师渴望在工作中获得成就、企盼提升目前的地位以及尽快实现自己的工作目标。在具体社会变量交叉分析中,小学教师的生涯需求存在着年龄、性别与文化程度上的显著性差异,同时在教龄、学校类别变量上也存在生涯需求上差异。
Teachers are both professional and social people, teachers should be based on the professional development of “all ” perspective. In accordance with the characteristics of the gradual development of career design different content to meet the professional development needs of teachers. The survey found that teachers are most dissatisfied with the welfare, remuneration and disease control of lack of demand, and can be more satisfied with the demand for safety, love and belonging. In the demand for teachers’ growth, primary school teachers are eager to make achievements in their work, looking forward to upgrading their current status and realizing their work goals as soon as possible. In the cross-analysis of specific social variables, there are significant differences in age, sex and education among primary school teachers in their career needs. At the same time, there are also differences in career needs between school-age and school-type variables.
