中共中央、国务院颁布《中国教育改革和发展纲要》,明确提出‘成人教育是传统学校教育向终生教育发展的一种新型教育制度’。同时提出九十年代乃至下世纪初成人教育改革和积极发展的目标、方针。
The CPC Central Committee and the State Council promulgated the “Compendium of Educational Reform and Development in China”, clearly stating that “adult education is a new type of educational system that traditional school education has developed to lifelong education.” At the same time, it puts forward the goals and guidelines for the reform and positive development of adult education in the 1990s and even the next century.
