作为先秦时代一位杰出的思想家、法家学说的集大成者,韩非以君为本位,以法为核心的政治伦理思想与儒家的正统伦理思想都对后世产生了深远的影响。在中国伦理学史上,儒家将政治与伦理两种社会要素、两种生活规范统一在政治生活之中,实现了“伦理政治化、政治伦理化”的双重同化。而在韩非那里,政治伦理开启了一种将政治生活中的“政治的”因素与“伦理的”因素彻底分流的思路。韩非非道德主义政治伦理观认为,政治的目的不是追求道德上的良善,而是争取国力强盛,维护君主的权势。
As an outstanding thinker in the pre-Qin era, the master of legalism, Han-Jun monarch, the political ethics with the core of law and the orthodox ethics of Confucianism all had a far-reaching impact on future generations. In the history of Chinese ethics, Confucianism unified the two social elements of politics and ethics and the norms of both life in political life, realizing double assimilation of “ethical politics and ethical politics.” In Han Fei, however, political ethics has opened up a way of completely diverting the “political” and “ethical” factors in political life. The non-ethical political ethics in South Africa considers that the purpose of politics is not to pursue moral goodness but to strive for powerful national power and safeguard the monarch’s power.
