采用专家访谈法和问卷调查法等方法,对上海市属普通高校体育课程进行层次化的探索,结论如下:以课程结构为依据进行纵向层次化、以课程内容为依据进行横向层次化。纵向层次化可分为3个阶段:2学期的4个项目普及、4学期的2个专项提高与竞赛、2学期的多个兴趣项目自我发展;而横向层次化则根据项目种类与学习难易程度进行逐步划分,以教师建议和学生自我评价相结合进行课程选择,满足学生多样化的体育课程需求。
Using the methods of expert interviews and questionnaires, the article explores the stratification of physical education curriculums of colleges and universities in Shanghai. The conclusions are as follows: Based on the structure of the curriculums, the vertical stratification is based on the contents of the curriculums. Vertical level can be divided into three stages: 2 semesters of the four projects popularized, four semesters of the two special enhancements and competitions, two semesters of multiple interest projects self-development; and horizontal level of the project type and learning difficulty The gradual division of the degree, with teacher recommendations and student self-evaluation of course selection, to meet the diverse needs of the physical education curriculum.
