传统泰勒式劳动密集型企业需要经简短培训后,能迅速上岗的操作工人。而新型现代化企业采用精益型生产和管理模式,对工人技能和素质的要求远远高于操作工人。企业生产和经营模式的转型促使职业教育必须进行变革。德国由此进行的职业教育改革独树一帜。虽然我国目前兼有上述两类企业,但传统劳动力密集型企业终归要转型成精益型企业,因此我国的职业教育和培训要为培养两类企业所需的不同类型的工人服务,更要配合企业转型为培养高素质高技能的工人做好改革的准备。
Traditional Taylor-type labor-intensive businesses require workers who can be employed quickly after a brief training. The new modern enterprise lean production and management model, the requirements of workers skills and qualities is much higher than the operating workers. The transformation of enterprise production and business model impels vocational education to change. The vocational education reform carried out in Germany is therefore unique. Although both our country and our country now have the above-mentioned two kinds of enterprises, the traditional labor-intensive enterprises will eventually turn into lean-oriented enterprises. Therefore, the vocational education and training in our country should serve different types of workers needed by the two types of enterprises, Transformation is to prepare for the reform of highly qualified and highly skilled workers.
