以 K2 Cr2 O7作原料合成了中性配合物 Cr(bza) 3(bza=苯甲酰丙酮 ) ,该合成法的特点是面式异构体产率高 ,反应时间短 ;然后用快速吸附色谱取得面式和经式 Cr(bza) 3的完全分离。采用 DBT(d-酒石酸二苯甲酰 )作手性拆分剂 ,在硅胶载体上制备了手性固定相 (CSP) ,并在这种 CSP上首次对 fac-Cr(bza) 3和 mer-Cr(bza) 3的手性对映体取得了完全拆分。
The neutral complex Cr (bza) 3 (bza = benzyl acetonate) was synthesized from K2Cr2O7. The synthesis method was characterized by high yield of isomer and short reaction time. The product was characterized by flash chromatography A complete separation of the faceted and mesogenic Cr (bza) 3 was obtained. Chiral stationary phases (CSPs) were prepared on silica gel using DBT (d-tartaric acid dibenzoyl) as a chiral resolving agent, and facters of fac-Cr (bza) 3 and mer-Cr The complete separation was achieved for the chiral enantiomer of (bza) 3.
