我们采用混合淀粉凝胶电泳和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳的方法,分析了妊娠早期绒毛细胞及父母红细胞的葡萄糖磷酸变位酶-1(PGM_1)的多态性。结果证明妊娠早期绒毛中可查出 PGM_1酶型,按孟德尔法则遗传。共观察到3种常见遗传表型和10种常见亚型。
We used mixed starch gel electrophoresis and polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing electrophoresis method to analyze the early trimester villi cells and their parents erythrocyte phosphoglucomutase -1 (PGM1) polymorphism. The results show that in early pregnancy villus PGM_1 enzyme type can be found, according to Mendelian rule genetic. Three common genetic phenotypes and 10 common subtypes were observed.
