目的建立血宁安吉杷尔糖浆中没食子酸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Aglient zorbax SB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-5g·L-1磷酸溶液(25∶75);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:270nm;柱温:30℃。结果没食子酸在2.90~29.00μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=0.29%。结论该法操作简单,灵敏,准确,可以用于血宁安吉杷尔糖浆的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid in blood-Ning An-Ji-Baer syrup. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography. Column: Aglient zorbax SB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-5 g · L-1 phosphoric acid solution (25:75); flow rate: 1.0 mL · min -1; Column temperature: 30 ℃. Results The linearity of gallic acid in the range of 2.90 ~ 29.00 μg · mL-1 was good (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.6%. The RSD was 0.29%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Xue Ning Antagonistic syrup.
