建筑业是国民经济的一个独立的物质生产部门,建筑产品是人们经济生活中的一种商品。不论是国家还是其他的投资主体的基本建设的投资行为,实质也是一种商品购买行为。因此,价值规律应在建筑行业之间,在建筑行业与其他行业之间,在建筑行业与所有的投资主体(包括国家)之间起作用。建筑产品在交换过程过程中,价格应该符合价值,也应实行等价交换,同质同量的产品同一价格,优质产品优厚价格。
Construction industry is an independent material production department of the national economy. Construction products are products of people's economic life. Investment in capital construction of a country or other investors is essentially a commodity purchase. Therefore, the law of value should play a role in the construction industry, between the construction industry and other industries, and between the construction industry and all the investors (including the state). In the course of the exchange of construction products, the price should be in line with the value, and the equivalent exchange should be carried out. The same price of the same quantity of the same product and the excellent price of the high-quality product should be adopted.
