开采山坡露天矿时,其走向尺寸一般不大,由于从上部水平滚下岩块会造成危险,故难于同时在几个水平上进行采剥作业。岩体定向结构不利、风化侵蚀和爆破质量不佳等是可能造成台阶局部变形的原因。所以,必须采取防护措施保证采剥作业的安全。最经济和最简单的实施方法,是在下部各生产水平上用崩落的矿岩预先构筑保安岩堤,挡住从上部水平滚下的矿岩块。保安岩堤的参数取决于矿岩块质量及其运动速度 v,而 v 值则取决于矿岩块的尺寸
When mining a hillside open-pit mine, the size of the slope is usually not large. Since it is dangerous to roll the rock from the upper level, it is difficult to carry out the mining operation at several levels at the same time. Inadequate directional structure of rock mass, weathering erosion and poor quality of blasting are the possible reasons for the local deformation of the step. Therefore, we must take protective measures to ensure the safety of mining operations. The most economical and easiest way to implement this is to pre-construct security rock embankments with cased mine rock at the lower levels of production and to block ore rock blocks that have been rolled down from the upper level.
