公路隧道工程的监测环境复杂,监测对象受到时空限制和施工环境制约,基于传统的机电测试技术的监测方法,很难实现远程实时动态监测。本文以张涿高速公路东马各庄隧道工程为背景,提出了一套关于隧道围岩动态实时监测所用光纤光栅传感器的选型、安装、调试的方法。对东马各庄隧道典型剖面的围岩位移、围岩压力和温度实现了远程动态实时监测。监测结果具有较好的稳定性,对类似工程具有很好的指导意义。
The monitoring environment of highway tunnel engineering is complex. The monitoring object is restricted by space and time and the construction environment. Based on the traditional monitoring method of electromechanical testing technology, it is very difficult to realize the remote real-time dynamic monitoring. In this paper, based on the East Magezhuang tunnel project of Zhangjiu Expressway, a set of methods for the selection, installation and debugging of FBG sensors used in dynamic real-time monitoring of tunnel surrounding rock are proposed. The remote dynamic real-time monitoring of the surrounding rock displacement, surrounding rock pressure and temperature of the East Magezhuang tunnel is carried out. The monitoring results have good stability and have good guiding significance for similar projects.
