本文用双向电泳和银染方法,分析了牦牛肝片吸虫虫体抗原(BA)及分泌排泄抗原(ES)的多肽。BA径双向电泳后显示多肽斑点69个,ES为30个,两种抗原共有的斑点9个。BA抗原的多肽主要分布在分子量10~18.6kDPI4.50~6.55之间的狭小区域的酸性小分子多肽和20~100kD多肽。PI4.50~7.00之间的多肽;ES主要分布在PI4.50~7.0间。两者的双向电泳结果显示同一分子量的蛋白质大多由多种等电点不同的多肽组成,其多肽的数量和性质也有差异。
In this paper, two-dimensional electrophoresis and silver staining methods, analysis of the yak liver flies parasites antigen (BA) and secreted antigen (ES) polypeptide. After BA diameter two-dimensional electrophoresis, there were 69 polypeptide spots, 30 ES spots and 9 spots shared by the two antigens. BA antigen peptides are mainly distributed in the narrow molecular weight range of 10 ~ 18.6kDPI4.50 ~ 6.55 acid small molecule polypeptide and 20 ~ 100kD polypeptide. PI4.50 ~ 7.00 between the polypeptide; ES mainly distributed in PI4.50 ~ 7.0. The two-dimensional electrophoresis results show that most of the proteins of the same molecular weight are composed of many different polypeptides with different isoelectric points, and the quantity and nature of the polypeptides also differ.
