在选矿工业实践中,为了改善浮选的选择性,人们的注意力主要集中于化学和机械方法的研究。很少有人注意研究在不同粒级条件下,不同矿物浮选动力学基本原理的应用。本文给出了有关工业性浮选试验的浮选动力学研究和实验室模拟试验的结果,提出了新的工业性浮选实践方法和浮选设备。从粒级方面考虑,该设备通过在最佳条件下控制了浮选部分即可改善浮选的选择性。
In mineral processing industry practice, in order to improve the selectivity of flotation, attention has been focused mainly on chemical and mechanical methods. Few people pay attention to the study of different particle size conditions, the application of different principles of mineral flotation kinetics. In this paper, the results of flotation kinetics and laboratory simulation tests on industrial flotation are given, and a new industrial flotation practice and flotation equipment are proposed. From a grain size point of view, the device improves flotation selectivity by controlling the flotation section under optimal conditions.
