在三年来对从事离岸IT外包服务企业调查的基础上,对北京中关村软件园、上海浦东软件园和西安软件园内20多家外包企业的信息系统部门项目小组成员进行问卷调查,并对回收到的293份有效问卷运用SPSS16.0和AMOS17.0进行统计分析,得出文化相似性、关系规范、创新能力、知识共享之间的相互影响关系以及它们对外包绩效的影响作用,解释了边界跨越在文化相似性、关系规范、创新能力、知识共享对信息系统外包绩效的影响关系中所起的调节作用,并给予了管理建议。
On the basis of the investigation of offshore IT outsourcing enterprises over the past three years, we conducted a questionnaire survey among members of the information system department of more than 20 outsourcing enterprises in Beijing Zhongguancun Software Park, Shanghai Pudong Software Park and Xi’an Software Park, To 293 valid questionnaires, SPSS16.0 and AMOS17.0 were used for statistical analysis to find out the influence of cultural similarity, relational norms, innovation ability, knowledge sharing and their impact on outsourcing performance. Spanning the regulatory role played by the relationship between cultural similarity, relationship regulation, innovation ability and knowledge sharing on the performance of information system outsourcing, and gave some management suggestions.
