为解决海天煤业3616工作面存在的过废巷问题,通过FLAC3D数值模拟及探巷实测手段,研究废巷的赋存状况,确定废巷的垮落特征;基于此,选用水灰比可调范围大的新型双液注浆材料,开发分次成孔、插管注浆的治理工艺,解决在破碎区打钻注浆遇到的钻进困难、塌孔、漏浆等问题。工程实践表明,用该治理工艺可实现快速成孔且可避免浆液过快、过慢凝固引发的堵孔、漏浆问题。在注浆后的工作面推进过程中,在废巷垮落区域未出现影响生产的大范围冒顶、片帮现象,该治理工艺的合理性得到证明。
In order to solve the problem of waste roadway existed in 3616 working face of Haitian Coal Mine, the occurrence status of waste roadway was studied by means of numerical simulation of FLAC3D and the actual measurement of roadway exploration to determine the caving characteristics of waste roadway. Based on this, A large range of new double-liquid grouting material, the development of sub-into the hole, intubation grouting governance process to solve drilling in the broken area drilling grout encountered difficulties, collapse hole, leakage of plasma and other issues. Engineering practice shows that the process can be used to achieve rapid formation of holes and can avoid the slurry too fast, too slow freezing caused plugging, leakage problems. During the process of grouting the working face, there is no large-scale roof-falling and sheet-supporting phenomenon affecting the production in the caving area of the waste corridor, and the rationality of the treatment process has been proved.
