本文是课题《农村城镇小学“独生父母”家庭教育指导的实践研究》实施前期对独生子女父母群体进行调查得出的研究报告。我校约66%家长都是独生子女父母,“双独”家庭占24.7%。调查发现,“独生父母”在家庭教育特征、亲子关系、教育观念和家校合作需求等方面存在问题,如:独生子女父母中较多存在重智轻德的现象;亲子沟通时间较少;家长对孩子的培养观念存在矛盾,等等。基于本次调查结果,为更好地有针对性地进行家校合作,我们思考了今后的实践方向:以需求为导向,开展家庭教育指导;以问题为引导,调整学校教育指导;以家校共育为目标,开发家长陪伴课程。
