龙固选煤厂的原煤分级选用从美国CONN-WELD公司引进的3.6 m×7.3 m单层香蕉筛。阐述了此香蕉筛的结构特点与工作流程,并且针对实际使用过程中存在的大块物料堵塞筛孔以及冲击输送带的问题,对筛机与带式输送机进行了改造。对于筛孔堵塞问题,在几个方案中选取了比较新颖的加一层棒条筛的方案。对于大块物料冲击输送带的问题,采用了成本比较低实施容易的2个方案,最后介绍了改造效果。
Longgu coal dressing plant selected grading from the United States CONN-WELD company introduced 3.6 m × 7.3 m monolayer banana screen. The structure characteristics and work flow of the banana screen are expounded. And the screen machine and the belt conveyor are modified in view of the blockage of the sieve holes and the impact conveyor belt in the actual use process. For the sieve plugging problem, we chose a novel scheme of adding a layer of bar screen in several scenarios. For the problem of large material impact conveyor belt, the cost is relatively low implementation of the two programs, and finally introduced the transformation effect.
