目的检测K-Cl协同转运子1(KCC1)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,评价其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测42例子宫内膜癌,15例子宫内膜不典型增生及20例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达情况,对KCC1表达与子宫内膜癌各临床病理参数之间的关系进行分析。结果KCC1蛋白表达在子宫内膜癌、不典型增生及正常子宫内膜组织上阳性率分别为71·43%(30/42),40%(6/15),10%(2/20)。KCC在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达显著高于子宫内膜非典型增生和正常内膜组织。42例子宫内膜癌组织中,中、低分化腺癌组和高分化腺癌组KCC1蛋白阳性表达率分别为82·76%(24/29),46·15(6/13),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8·734,P<0·05)。KCC1蛋白阳性表达率与年龄(χ2=0·091,P>0·05)、临床分期(χ2=0·525,P>0·05)、肌层浸润深度(χ2=0·045,P>0·05)及淋巴结转移(χ2=0·386,P>0·05)无关。结论子宫内膜癌组织中KCC1蛋白参与子宫内膜癌的发生和发展。
Objective To detect the expression of K-Cl co-transporter 1 (KCC1) in endometrial carcinoma and evaluate its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of 42 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 15 cases of endometrial dysplasia and 20 cases of normal endometrium. The relationship between KCC1 expression and clinicopathological parameters of endometrial carcinoma Relationship analysis. Results The positive rates of KCC1 protein in endometrial carcinoma, atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrium were 71.43% (30/42), 40% (6/15) and 10% (2/20), respectively. The expression of KCC in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in endometrial atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrial tissue. The positive rates of KCC1 protein expression in 42 cases of endometrial carcinoma, moderate and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and well-differentiated adenocarcinoma were 82.76% (24/29) and 46.15% (6/13), respectively Statistical significance (χ2 = 8.734, P <0.05). The positive expression rate of KCC1 protein was significantly correlated with age (χ2 = 0.091, P> 0.05), clinical stage (χ2 = 0.525, P> 0.05) 0.05) and lymph node metastasis (χ2 = 0.386, P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of KCC1 in endometrial carcinoma is involved in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
