加涅、布卢姆和奥苏伯尔三者的理论有一个共同点,那就是都强调教学必须关注学生已有的知识与技能(即学习的内部条件或认知准备状态),只是具体提法与名称不同而已.这给我们的数学教学以启示:教学首先应关注学生在学习新内容前已经有什么,这才是教学的真正“起点”.“学习者已经知道了什么”是决定课堂教学效益高低的最关键因素,因为它直接关系到学生能不能学,进而影响到学生想不想学、学得怎么样、需要花多少时间学等方面,这些问题统统都与“起点”——“学生已经知道了什么”有关.有效的解决办法就是让所有学生,至少是绝大多数学生,都具备顺利学习新内容必备的认知准备条件,处在基本相同的应有起点上,即拉齐教学起点.
