随着市场经济的腾飞和人们生活水平的提高,交通业得到了突飞猛进的发展,公路工程项目的成本管理受到了社会各界的高度重视。公路工程项目的成本管理贯穿于整个建设工程的始终,不论是工程项目的立项,还是工程施工的每一个环节,甚至是工程的竣工,都涉及到成本管理的问题。因此,加强工程项目的成本管理是一项重要而艰巨的任务。本文针对公路工程项目成本管理存在的问题,提出了行之有效的公路项目成本管理优化策略。
With the development of the market economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the transportation industry has made rapid development. The cost management of highway projects has drawn great attention from all walks of life. Cost management of highway projects throughout the entire construction project has always been, whether it is the project project, or every aspect of construction, and even the completion of the project, involves the issue of cost management. Therefore, strengthening the cost management of construction projects is an important and arduous task. In this paper, aiming at the existing problems of cost management in highway engineering project, an effective cost management optimization strategy of highway project is put forward.
