2012年11月11日至13日,全国高校文科学报研究会第七次会员代表大会暨学术研讨会在河南省郑州市隆重举行。来自全国各高校的代表300多人参加盛会。中共中央宣传部出版局副局长刘建生、教育部社科司副司长徐维凡等出席会议并作重要讲话。与会代表认真审议并通过了第六届理事会理事长武京闽等负责人所作的工作报告、关于修改章程的报告、财务工作报告以及研究会更名的报告。会议围绕“新挑战、新思维、新机遇——高校社科学术期刊改革与发展”的主题,分“文化强国战略下学术期刊的地位和作用”、“数字化信息化潮流下的学术期刊应对策略”、“著作权改革给学术期刊带来的新机遇、新挑战”三个论题进行了深入的学术研讨。副理事长、我校文科学报主编张积玉编审主持代表大会并在学术研讨会上作了题为《文化强国战略下学术期刊的地位与作用》的主题发言。
From November 11 to November 13, 2012, the Seventh Congress of the National Association for the Study of Liberal Arts Journals and the Symposium were held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. More than 300 representatives from colleges and universities nationwide attended the event. Liu Jiansheng, deputy director of the Publications Department of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, Xu Weifan, deputy director of the Social Science and Social Science Department of the Ministry of Education attended the meeting and made important speeches. The delegates carefully considered and passed the work report made by the principals such as Wu Jingmin and the chairman of the sixth board of directors, the report on the revision of the articles of association, the financial work report and the renamement of the research association. The conference revolved around the theme of “new challenges, new thinking and new opportunities - the reform and development of university social science journals” and the status and role of academic journals under the strategy of “strengthening the country with culture”. “The trend of digital informationization Academic Journal Response Strategies ”,“ The New Opportunities and Challenges to Academic Journals Through Copyright Reform ”. Vice President, Editor-in-Chief Zhang Jiyu, editor-in-chief of Journal of Liberal Arts of our university, presided over the Congress and delivered a keynote speech entitled “Status and Function of Academic Journals under the Strategy of Strengthening China through Cultural Powers” at the academic symposium.
