本文对接管弯矩作用下压力容器开孔-补强区的局部应力进行了试验研究。研究范围包括三台具有不同d/D比及补强圈补强的试验容器。试验结果表明,在接管弯矩作用下,容器筒体在补强圈补强范围内的局部应力,特别是孔边的应力集中明显降低,但由于几何形状的不连续及焊缝的作用,在补强圈外边缘特别是容器横向截面内出现了较大的不连续性应力,试验结果同时表明,接管横向弯矩M_o在容器横向截面内产生的应力比接管纵向弯矩M_L在容器纵向截面内产生的应力要大很多。
In this paper, the experimental study on the local stress of pressure vessel opening-reinforcement zone under the take-over bending moment was carried out. The scope of the study included three test vessels with different d / D ratios and reinforcement reinforcement. The experimental results show that under the action of nozzle bending moment, the local stress in the reinforcing region of the reinforcement ring, especially the stress concentration on the edge of the hole, decreases obviously. However, due to the discontinuity of the geometry and the effect of the weld, The outer edge of the reinforcing ring, especially the transverse cross-section of the container, shows a large discontinuous stress. The test results also show that the stress generated by the transverse bending moment M_o in the cross-section of the container is larger than the take-over longitudinal moment M_L in the longitudinal section of the container The stress generated is much larger.
