对自己专业工作的隐喻是教师对其专业生活的一种特殊表征方式。对幼儿园教师所使用的隐喻进行研究,可以帮助我们理解他们的专业认同感。本研究运用口述生命史访谈法,对一名新手型和一名专家型幼儿园教师所使用的隐喻进行了比较分析。结果发现:幼儿园教师的专业认同是在与幼儿、家长、同事互动过程中建构起来的:新手型与专家型幼儿园教师的专业认同有各自的典型特征:新手型和专家型幼儿园教师的专业认同在专业角色的自我确立、专业责任的自我推断和专业权利的自我主张方面存在显著差异。
The metaphor for one’s professional work is one of the special ways teachers characterize their professional life. Researching the metaphors used by kindergarten teachers can help us understand their professional identity. This study uses the oral history of life interview to compare the metaphors used by a novice and an expert kindergarten teacher. The result shows that the professional approval of kindergarten teachers is constructed in the process of interaction with young children, parents and colleagues. The professional recognition of novice and expert kindergarten teachers has its own typical characteristics: the professional recognition of novice and expert kindergarten teachers There are significant differences in self-determination of professional roles, self-estimation of professional responsibility and self-assertion of professional rights.
