本文运用共同体思想界定、归纳私营企业和谐劳资关系内涵和特征,探讨私营企业构建和谐劳资关系的思想基础和组织基础,指出马克思劳资利益对立统一性观点和邓小平保护工商业者和维护职工利益并存观点,为私营企业构建和谐劳资关系提供坚实的思想支撑。私营企业劳资利益的统一性,内在地要求劳资双方共享经济剩余。企业组织的性质和功能要求私营企业劳资双方要致力于构建私营企业利益共同体。
This paper uses community thinking to define and summarize the connotation and characteristics of the harmonious labor-capital relations in private-owned enterprises. It also discusses the ideological foundation and organizational foundation for private-owned enterprises to establish harmonious labor-capital relations, points out the unification of labor and capital interests and Deng Xiaoping’s viewpoint of protecting business people, For the private sector to build a harmonious relationship between labor and capital to provide a solid ideological support. The unity of labor and capital interests in private enterprises inherently requires that both employers and employees share the economic surplus. The nature and function of business organizations requires both employers and employees of private enterprises to devote themselves to building a community of private-sector interests.
