压铸模温度场直接影响压铸工艺过程和铸件质量,因此,对压铸模具温度场的控制十分重要。压铸模具温度场的有限元仿真是压铸工艺由经验设计走向科学指导的重要途径。通过对压铸模温度场数值模拟研究,找出其导热规律和压铸工艺参数对压铸模温度场的影响规律,进而优化压铸工艺参数。
The temperature field of the die-casting mold directly affects the die-casting process and the quality of the casting. Therefore, it is very important to control the temperature field of the die-casting mold. Finite element simulation of the temperature field of die-casting molds is an important way for die-casting process from experience design to scientific guidance. Through the numerical simulation of the temperature field of the die-casting mold, the rules of the heat conduction and the influence of the die-casting process parameters on the temperature field of the die-casting mold are found out, and the die-casting process parameters are optimized.
