基于开发某车型二代产品,通过Cruise软件进行仿真计算,计算结果表明:匹配的发动机性能不能满足汽车使用需求。文章通过理论计算,得出了发动机扭矩、发动机转速、车速及汽车加速度之间的关系;同时通过Origin软件绘制了发动机万有特性曲线图,明确等速油耗分布范围。通过针对性的对发动机在某些转速范围内的扭矩及燃油消耗率进行优化,使其能够满足汽车性能要求。研究表明:搭载优化后的发动机,整车性能达到了设计目标要求。该方法为动力匹配工程师进行匹配设计及动力总成选型时提供了参考。
Based on the development of a second-generation product of a vehicle, the cruise software is used to carry out the simulation calculation. The calculation results show that the matched engine performance can not meet the requirements of automobile use. Through theoretical calculation, the paper obtained the relationship between engine torque, engine speed, vehicle speed and vehicle acceleration. At the same time, Origin software was used to draw the universal characteristic curve of engine, and the range of fuel consumption was clarified. Through the targeted optimization of the engine torque and fuel consumption in certain speed range, it can meet the performance requirements of the vehicle. Research shows that: equipped with optimized engine, vehicle performance has reached the design goals. The method provides a reference for dynamic matching engineers to match design and powertrain selection.
