在企业技术创新能力测度方面的研究一直采取指标分析方法,但现有的测度缺乏具体的量化,对创新能力大小的测度难以用具体的量化强度进行表达,对创新能力各指标间的关系缺乏有机的匹配分析。本文从研究开发、生产制造、市场营销三个维度构建了测度企业技术创新能力的三维模型(RPM三维模型),提出并界定了创新能力强度概念,建立了各维度能力强度测度的计算方法,并对各维度能力强度的匹配进行了综合测度,建立了创新能力协同效应的测度方法。并用此模型和测度方法,对深圳市数字电视企业的技术创新能力进行了实证分析。
The research on measure of technological innovation capability of enterprises has always adopted the index analysis method. In this paper, a three-dimensional model (RPM three-dimensional model) of measuring the technological innovation capability of enterprises is constructed from the three dimensions of research and development, manufacturing and marketing. The concept of innovation ability intensity is proposed and defined, and the calculation method of capacity intensity measure is established. This paper makes a comprehensive measurement of the matching of the capacity of each dimension and establishes the measurement method of the synergistic effect of innovation capability. And with this model and measurement methods, this paper empirically analyzes the technological innovation capability of digital TV enterprises in Shenzhen.
