对ABC分析模型进行深度应用优化,能让加油站的非油产品销量增加。近年来,加油站的非油业务发展迅速,特别是加油站便利店销售承担着加油站的利润增长来源。因此,便利店非油商品销售跟普通零售业一样,面临各种压力与挑战。ABC分析法作为高效商品组合的主要分析理论,在零售业有一定的应用基础,经常应用于分析和优化商品结构,但目前缺乏深度应用的实用方法,不能满足商品数量众多的商品结构分析。本文将对ABC分析模型进行深度应用优化和总结出简便易见的应用方法。
In-depth application optimization of the ABC analysis model enables sales of non-oil products at gas stations to increase. In recent years, the non-oil business of gas stations has been developing rapidly. In particular, sales of gas station convenience stores bear the source of profit growth of gas stations. As a result, convenience store sales of non-oil products, like those in the general retail industry, face a variety of pressures and challenges. As the main analytical theory of efficient product portfolio, ABC analysis has a certain application foundation in the retail industry. It is often applied to analyze and optimize the product structure. However, there is no practical method for deep application at present, so ABC analysis can not meet the needs of product structure analysis. This article will be ABC analysis model for the depth of application optimization and concluded a simple and easy to use method.
