光载无线通信(ROF)技术是通信业宽带化和无线化的产物,该技术将光纤通信技术与毫米波通信技术进行融合,具有广阔的应用前景。目前世界众多国家在60GHz毫米波频段相继划出免许可连续频谱,这使得60GHz毫米波无线通信成为近距离无线通信领域的研究热点之一。为了降低ROF系统的成本,提高系统的性能,提出了一种改进的基于前向调制(FFM)技术生成60GHz毫米波方案,分析了系统各光电器件的工作原理,仿真了不同的参量设置对系统性能的影响曲线。该方案结合了前向调制技术和光波分复用技术的优点,简化了整个系统的复杂程度,降低了ROF系统的造价成本,同时减小了误码率,提高了系统的性能。
The optical wireless communication (ROF) technology is a product of broadband and wireless communications. This technology integrates optical fiber communication technology and millimeter wave communication technology and has broad application prospects. Currently many countries in the world in the 60GHz millimeter-wave band have been designated free license continuous spectrum, which makes 60GHz millimeter-wave wireless communication has become one of the hot spots in the field of near-field wireless communications. In order to reduce the cost of ROF system and improve the performance of the system, an improved scheme based on Forward Modulation (FFM) to generate 60GHz millimeter wave is proposed. The working principle of each optoelectronic device in the system is analyzed. Different parameters are set up to simulate the system Performance curve. The scheme combines the advantages of forward modulation technology and optical wavelength division multiplexing technology, simplifies the complexity of the whole system, reduces the cost of ROF system, reduces bit error rate and improves system performance.
