信息技术飞速发展的时代,高校图书馆建设从传统的藏书楼转变到现代数字图书与传统纸质图书并存的复合型图书馆。大数据时代呼唤以读者为中心的个性化、人性化服务。然而当前,我国各地高校依然存在着高素质人才缺失、管理模式固化、人性化服务意识淡薄等问题。需要从树立人性化的服务理念、加强图书馆高素质人才培养、营造温馨的环境、提供个性服务与超值服务等方式,提升自己的服务质量,在服务过程中体现人文关怀,运用人文主义推动图书馆技术发展。
With the rapid development of information technology, the construction of university library has changed from the traditional library to the compound library where modern digital books and traditional paper books exist together. The era of big data calls for reader-centered personalized, user-friendly service. However, at present, colleges and universities in our country still face such problems as the lack of qualified personnel, the solidification of management mode and the weak sense of humanized service. It is necessary to enhance the quality of service by establishing a humanized service concept, strengthening the cultivation of highly qualified personnel in the library, creating a warm environment, providing personalized services and premium services, and embodying humane care in the service process and using humanism to promote Library Technology Development.
