[目的]观察解毒化浊汤联合西药治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将52例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。密切监测各项生命指征和身体各项指标。对照组26例常规治疗,予静脉输液,纠正电解质紊乱和快速扩容,并改善缓和循环系统功能。治疗组26例速效胰岛素,定期检测血糖、尿糖、尿酮体等指标,待病情稳定,予普通胰岛素;解毒化浊汤(生石膏30g,黄连9g,石菖蒲12g,黄芩、天花粉各10g,葛根20g,紫苏叶、藿香各10g;恶心呕吐加代赭石30g,竹茹10g;腹泻加白术、苍术各10g;发热加牡丹皮10g,水牛角30g),1剂/d,水煎取200m L,早晚温服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血糖、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率96.15%。对照组显效16例,有效2例,无效8例,总有效率69.23%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]解毒化浊汤联合西药治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Continuous treatment 7d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, blood sugar, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group markedly effective in 20 cases, effective in 5 cases, ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate was 96.15%. The control group markedly effective in 16 cases, effective in 2 cases, 8 cases, the total effective rate 69.23%. The treatment group than the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Detoxification Huzhuo Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis is effective and has no side effects and is worth promoting.
