目的 :通过对鼻窦内窥镜手术并发症的分析总结 ,达到尽可能减少或避免之目的。方法 :对 5 2 0例 (96 5侧 )患者在局麻下行鼻窦内窥镜手术。结果 :术中并发症 ,眶内壁损伤 2 6侧次 ,内直肌损伤 2侧次 ,动眼神经损伤 1侧次 ,眶内血肿或气肿 6侧次 ,泪道损伤 5侧次 ,较大量出血 5侧次。术后并发症包括中鼻甲粘连、窦口闭锁 72侧次。结论 :并发症的发生率与术者的技术水平、临床经验、手术器械的配备以及病变的严重程度有着密切关系
Objective: To analyze and summarize the complications of endoscopic sinus surgery to achieve the purpose of reducing or avoiding as much as possible. Methods: 522 patients (96 5 sides) underwent sinus endoscopic sinus surgery under local anesthesia. Results: Intraoperative complications included 26 lateral orbital injuries, 2 lateral rectus injuries, 1 lateral oculomotor nerve injury, 6 orbital hematomas or emphysema and 5 lateral lacrimal duct injuries. Bleeding 5 side times. Postoperative complications include middle turbinate adhesions, sinus ostium at the sessile side 72 times. Conclusions: The incidence of complications is closely related to the technical level, clinical experience, surgical equipment and the severity of the lesion
