随着改革的不断深化和社会主义市场经济体制的建立与完善,一个企业,一个地区乃至一个国家的经济要想在日趋激烈的经济竞争中取胜,关键就在于能否使用合格人才。这里,对于人才,特别是优秀人才的选拔是保证职工素质的关键。随着我国职业教育的发展,国家对大中专毕业生不包分配制度的出台,我国人才市场逐步形成。目前工业企业单位的人才来源不可避免地将由有组织的分配和调动,过渡到双向选择的录用制度上来。因此,重视工业企业的人才选拔,建立一套科学规范的选才制度,就显得尤为迫切。

At present, the source of talents for industrial enterprises will inevitably shift from organized distribution and transfer to the recruitment system of two-way choice. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to attach importance to the selection of talents in industrial enterprises and establish a scientific and standardized selection system.
