直觉正态模糊数是对直觉模糊数和正态模糊数的拓展.针对直觉正态模糊信息的集成问题,定义了直觉正态模糊数的运算法则、期望值和大小比较方法,提出了准则间具有优先关系的直觉正态模糊优先加权平均算子(INFPWA)、直觉正态模糊优先加权几何平均算子(INFPWG)、直觉正态模糊有序加权平均算子(INFPOWA)及这些算子的性质.在此基础上,针对专家和准则间具有优先关系并且准则值为直觉正态模糊数的多准则决策问题,提出一种基于直觉正态模糊优先集结算子的群决策方法.最后通过算例分析验证了该方法的有效性和可行性.
Intuitionistic normal fuzzy numbers are the extension of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and normal fuzzy numbers.Aiming at the problem of integrating intuitionistic normal fuzzy information, we define the arithmetic, expectation value and size comparison method of intuitionistic normal fuzzy numbers, INFPWA, INFPWG, INFPOWA and the properties of these operators are given as priority relations. Based on this, a group decision-making method based on intuitionistic normal fuzzy preference-agglomeration operator is proposed for the multi-criteria decision-making problem that has the priority relation between expert and guideline and the guideline value is intuitionistic normal fuzzy number.Finally, The validity and feasibility of the method are verified.
