目的建立高效液相色谱法测定食品中胭脂虫红的方法。方法盐酸-甲醇提取,高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果在4.0~100 mg/L时有良好线性关系,线性相关系数>0.999,方法检出限为0.000 4 g/kg,方法定量限为0.001 g/kg,加标回收率为92.3%~105.6%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~6.5%。结论该方法前处理简单实用,适用于各类食品中胭脂虫红的检测。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of cochineal in food. Methods Hydrochloric acid - methanol extraction, high performance liquid chromatography - diode array detection, qualitative retention time, external standard method. The results showed good linearity at 4.0-100 mg / L with a linear correlation coefficient> 0.999. The detection limit was 0.000 4 g / kg. The limit of quantification was 0.001 g / kg. The recoveries were 92.3% -105.6% , Relative standard deviation of 0.7% ~ 6.5%. Conclusion The method pretreatment is simple and practical, suitable for the detection of cochineal in various foods.
