以日本札幌市近郊的一个国有林区为研究对象,利用GIS技术获得了评价各机能所需要的数据,同时,在GIS支持下,将林型图、等高线图、河川图以及道路网图都输入计算机,从林型图中提取出了采伐研究地,从等高线图中获得了地形变化信息,从河川图、道路网图中提取出了某一范围内的区域。根据这些结果,以面积约束、土砂流失约束做为约束方程,以大于上年度的收益、水资源保护为目标函数进行多目标计算。计算结果,得到了满足两个目标函数的解,但收获的木材以针叶树偏多,为此,把阔叶树材积大于5000m3做为目标加进了目标函数中再进行了计算,结果收获木材的针阔率有所改善,但采伐面积却成了原来的1.36倍。利用GIS技术,取得了评价各林分时必要的多种基础数据,在此基础上,制订了实用性铁强的规划方案,为森林管理者在规划决策中提供了可靠的依据。
Taking a state-owned forest area in the suburbs of Sapporo City, Japan as the research object, GIS technology was used to obtain the data needed to evaluate each function. According to the calculation results, the solution of two objective functions is obtained, but the harvested wood is mostly coniferous. Therefore, the objective function is to add the broad-leaved tree product more than 5000m3 into the objective function and calculate the result. Rate has improved, but logging area has become the original 1.36 times. Based on GIS technology, a variety of basic data necessary for evaluating each stand were obtained. On the basis of this, a practical and strong planning plan was formulated, which provided a reliable basis for forest managers in planning and decision-making.
