利用有限元软件Deform-3D对TC4钛合金L型截面型材的挤压过程进行了模拟。研究了挤压速度对型材成形的影响,分析了挤压过程中型材的应力应变分布。结果表明,L型型材截面拐角处变形量最大,是挤压过程中易于产生缺陷的危险区域。此外,通过微观组织观察验证了有限元模拟的准确性。
The extrusion process of L-shaped section of TC4 titanium alloy was simulated by finite element software Deform-3D. The influence of extrusion speed on profile forming was studied, and the stress-strain distribution of profile during extrusion was analyzed. The results show that the deformation of the corner of the L-shaped section is the largest, which is a dangerous area liable to produce defects in the extrusion process. In addition, the accuracy of finite element simulation was verified by microstructure observation.
