用大鼠杏仁核点燃模型 (Kindling model) ,研究牛磺酸对点燃发展进程及完全点燃的大鼠的作用。每日一次电刺激大鼠右侧杏仁核 (40 u A、60 HZ、波宽 1 ms、矩形方波 1秒 ) ,在 1 3次产生点燃效应的 V期反应 ,刺激后放电时间显著延长。脑室注射牛磺酸 2 0 0 ug、40 0 ug可显著抑制眯燃效应的 V期反应 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,但对已点燃的大鼠无抑制作用。提示牛磺酸作为内源性的氨基酸神经递质 ,在预防癫痫的发展方面有重要作用。
A rat amygdala ignition model (Kindling model) was used to study the effect of taurine on the development of ignition and fully ignited rats. One day after electrical stimulation, the right amygdala (40 u A, 60 HZ, wave width 1 ms, rectangular square wave for 1 second) was electrically stimulated, and a ignitable V-phase response was generated 13 times. The discharge time after stimulation was significantly prolonged. Intracerebroventricular administration of taurine 200 μg and 400 μg significantly inhibited the V-phase response of the burn-off effect (P < 0.01), but it had no inhibitory effect on ignited rats. It is suggested that taurine as an endogenous amino acid neurotransmitter plays an important role in preventing the development of epilepsy.
