目的 :研究胰头癌组织与正常人胰腺组织中 GGT基因的表达差异 ,以阐明胰头癌患者血清 GGT异常升高的分子机制。方法 :应用 RT-PCR方法 ,检测胰头癌组织、胆管癌组织和正常胰腺组织中 GGT m RNA表达量的变化。结果 :在正常人胰腺组织、胆管癌组织和胰头癌组织中均可见 GGT m RNA的表达扩增产物 ,胰头癌 GGT基因表达水平 ( 6 2 .5 % )明显高于胆管癌 ( 3 5 .88% )和正常人胰腺组织 ( 2 9.44 % ) ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :胰头癌组织中 GGT m RNA表达量明显增高 ,与胰头癌患者血清中 GGT明显升高相关
Objective: To study the difference of GGT gene expression between pancreatic head cancer tissue and normal human pancreatic tissue in order to elucidate the molecular mechanism of serum GGT abnormal elevation in patients with pancreatic head cancer. Methods : RT-PCR method was used to detect the changes of GGT m RNA expression in pancreatic head cancer tissues, cholangiocarcinoma tissues and normal pancreatic tissues. RESULTS: GGT mRNA expression and amplification products were detected in pancreatic tissue, cholangiocarcinoma, and pancreatic head cancer tissues. The GGT gene expression level in pancreatic head cancer (6.25%) was significantly higher than that in bile duct cancer (3 5 .88%) and normal human pancreatic tissue (9.24%), P < 0.01. Conclusion : The expression of GGT m RNA in pancreatic head cancer was significantly increased, which was associated with a significant increase in serum GGT in pancreatic head cancer patients.
