发展经济学家们曾经称颂台湾为典范的“经济奇迹”。他们指的是台湾工业生产的飞速增长率,以及台湾收入分配(没有关于财富分配的资料)比其他“准工业化”国家公平。总之,台湾曾在相对自由的市场体制之下获得了“公平的经济增长”。因此它成为其他第三世界国家的榜样。
Development economists once praised Taiwan as a model “economic miracle.” They refer to the rapid growth rate of industrial production in Taiwan and the fact that Taiwan’s income distribution (no information on the distribution of wealth) is more fair than that of other “quasi-industrialized” countries. In sum, Taiwan has enjoyed “fair economic growth” under a relatively free market system. So it is a role model for other Third World countries.
