致公党省委机关在“抗非”期间会议少、外出少之际,开展了“建设学习型机关”的系列活动之一——跨处室业务交流,对学习内容、学习方式进行了大胆尝试,效果显著。创新一:突破了以往偏重时政学习,忽略业务学习,开大会读文件的惯有模式,开展了由各处室参与,涉及组织、基层联络、会务、办文、机关财务、档案管理等17个方面的业务交流,使参与者进一步了解了其它处室的业务。创新二:人人参与,省委会机关三处一室的十几位干部人人都精心准备自己的讲稿,把个人多年积累的工作经验、本岗位工作的重点难点、人员素质要求、应掌握
