自改革开放以来,随着高校的扩招,我国高等教育由精英教育向大众化教育发展,大学生尤其是高职学生严峻的就业形势倍受社会各界关注。在市场经济竞争下,大学生就业由包分配转化为“双向选择、自主择业”制度。为适应社会和用人单位的需要,必须将培养经济社会发展需要的人才作为高校教育的重点,而企业文化素养的提高又是高职经管类学生适应社会用人单位的必备要求。本文尝试从企业文化角度帮助经管类毕业是快速成长为优秀的职场新人。本人分析了经管类企业文化素质的主要内容,探讨了企业文化素养对高职经管类学生就业的重要意义,创新地总结出借助企业文化提升经管类毕业生职业素质的途径。
Since the reform and opening up, with the enrollment expansion in higher education, our country’s higher education has developed from elite education to popular education, and the grim employment situation for college students, especially for higher vocational students, has drawn much attention from all sectors of society. Under the market economy competition, the employment of university graduates is transformed into a system of “two-way choice and independent career selection”. In order to meet the needs of society and employers, we must regard the training of talents for economic and social development as the focal point of higher education. The improvement of corporate cultural accomplishment is also an essential requirement for students in higher vocational colleges to adapt themselves to employing units. This article attempts to help managerial graduation from the perspective of corporate culture is the rapid growth of outstanding new career. I analyzed the main contents of the cultural quality of economic management, discussed the importance of corporate cultural accomplishment to the employment of economic management students in higher vocational colleges, and creatively summed up the ways to enhance the professional qualities of economic management graduates with corporate culture.
