为切实加强县、乡镇、行政村(社区)安全生产监管体制机制建设,努力建设形成“三级三联动”(“三级”指县有局、乡镇有站、行政村和社区有点,“三联动”指企业准入和动态监管形成联动机制、安全检查和行政执法形成联动机制、应急救援和事故处置形成联动机制)的安全监管格局。近日,云南省麻栗坡县人民政府制定出台了《麻栗坡县关于进一步加强安全生产监管体制机制建设的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》)。
