针对L10面条机主体盖外形不规则,型腔侧、型芯侧多种形状特征需不同脱模方式的特点,设计了1模1腔的模具结构,针对产品不同部位脱模情况设计了不同的脱模机构,型腔侧采用隧道滑块抽芯脱模机构进行抽芯,型芯侧采用T型槽滑块内抽芯脱模机构进行抽芯,并结合模具布局的特点,简化了模具结构,通过设置浮动模板的方式,巧妙地将型腔侧模隧道式滑块抽芯脱模机构与型芯侧T型槽滑块内抽芯脱模机构有机结合联动,同步完成产品所有的侧抽芯脱模动作,实现了产品的自动化注塑生产;模具结构新颖,为同类产品的注塑模具设计提供了有益参考。
